You have the idea.
I build the first version.
For founders and companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. From a sketch to a product real users can work with. Fixed price, in four to eight weeks.
Two sessions.
One clear scope.
Two times two hours. We sort the ideas and decide what the first version really needs. €1,200 to €1,800.
A plan you can rely on.
And one fixed price.
You get a prioritized feature list, the architecture and a fixed price for the build. No hourly estimate that keeps growing.
Weeks, not months.
Visible every step.
A preview for every feature, a demo every one to two weeks. AI does the heavy lifting, experience since 2014 keeps it right. That is why it is fast and still holds.
Your MVP is live.
Ready for real users.
Tested, documented and yours from day one. Code, repos and accounts are in your name.
Two kinds of clients. One way of working.
Founders
You want to put an idea in front of real users. Without building a team first, and without a year of development.
Business units
Your department needs its own tool and has a budget for a first version. You get a working product, a contract, a data protection concept and a clean handover to your IT. If you want, it runs in your own infrastructure, with login via your company account. So data protection and procurement can sign off.
Workshop first. Then the MVP, at a fixed price.

Basics
What is an MVP, anyway?
The first version of your product that does only what is necessary, but does it properly. Real users work with it, and you learn what comes next before you invest more.
Why not build it myself with AI?
For simple ideas that works, and then you should. It gets hard with login and permissions, payments, data protection and operations. That is where self-built apps often stall. I use the same AI tools, with experience since 2014 and at a fixed price. A clickable prototype from Lovable and co. is a good start for the workshop. Whether we build on its code or use it as a template for a clean rebuild, we decide after a look at its state. If your app already runs with real users, the app check shows what is missing before launch.
Do you work with clients in Austria and Switzerland?
Yes. I work with founders and companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, remotely and in German.
Price & process
What does an MVP cost?
Between €10,000 and €50,000, depending on the scope. The three examples above help you place your project. The exact fixed price comes out of the spec workshop.
What happens in the spec workshop?
Two sessions of two hours each, by video. The people who decide should be there, and if possible someone who knows the future users well. We sort your ideas and define what the first version needs and what can wait. You get a prioritized feature list, the architecture and, within three business days after the second session, a fixed price. Book the MVP, and half the workshop fee is credited. The workshop is also available on its own: with the result, you decide yourself who builds the first version.
When do I pay what?
The workshop on order. The MVP by milestone: each one half at the start and half after acceptance, for which you have five business days. Half the workshop fee is credited on the first invoice.
How long does it take?
The build takes four to eight weeks, depending on the scope. I can usually start two to four weeks after the order.
What if I come up with something new during the build?
That happens with every MVP. Swapping a feature for one of the same size costs nothing extra. Anything bigger gets its own fixed price or goes into the next version. The agreed price stays stable.
Tech & operations
Which technology do you use?
A standard stack: Next.js and TypeScript, with Node.js and Fastify on the backend, and usually PostgreSQL as the database. Depending on the project another one, for example MySQL. Widely used, well documented and easy to hand over. I build web apps that run in the browser, on the phone just as on the desktop. Apps for the app stores are not part of it.
Can the tool run in our own infrastructure?
Yes. If you want, it runs in your infrastructure, for example in Azure, AWS or on your own servers. Login can run through your existing company account, for example via Microsoft login (single sign-on).
What does it cost to run per month?
Hosting, database and email sending usually cost less than €100 per month at the start. The contracts are in your name, with no markup. I give you the exact costs in the workshop.
What happens after launch?
Optional maintenance from €1,000 per month at a fixed monthly price: 10 hours for updates, monitoring and small features. Or your own team takes over, with full documentation. Larger extensions are planned like the MVP, with their own fixed price.
Let’s shape your idea.
Into a first version.
Start with the spec workshop. Two sessions, a clear scope, a fixed price. Then you decide.
